“Hi Janet! We welcomed a baby boy on Saturday Morning. Got to the hospital and had him within 35 mins. All happened extremely quickly and almost thought we may have had him in the car park. I just wanted to say thank you so much as I believe the hynobirthing course really changed a-lot for me and this experience was extremely different to my first. This time round it was positive and I feel so proud that I have been able to do it all again 11 years later. It was intense but I managed using the techniques from the course. The overall care I have received this time round also made a massive difference.
