HTMA
For The Initial Telephone Consultation the cost is dependent on if one person or more people are on the call, to discuss medical history/ies
For the actual HTMA test and process, with my Interpretation/Analysis/Reports, the cost varies, depending on how many clients are taking the HTMA in a family . Discounts for children and clients living in the same household.
Reflexology
General Reflexology: Initial Regular Reflexology Session with Consultation (not fertility) Cost: £60. For Fertility Support: For initial Consultation including one reflexology treatment is £80
Subsequent sessions Cost: £50
Group Hypnobirthing Programme
Cost: £240 for “On Screen” GROUP course. Face to Face, “in person” GROUP price £275
For approximately 12 hours teaching (usually more), plus all course materials which includes a Hypnobirthing Book, with MP3 relaxation downloads, handouts to guide you at home. No extra charge for your birth partner to attend.
One to One Hypnobirthing Refresher
Cost from: £130 for a 1:1 “on Screen” Refresher Session
£155 for In person, Face to Face at my base in Kendal. These prices are for if you still have the original Hypnobirthing Course materials.
This may be suitable for those who have done a full 12 hour reputable Hypnobirthing Course beforehand (of any brand of Hypnobirthing) Should I need to supply course materials, there will be an extra charge for this. The session will last up to 4 hours. If I were to travel to your home, there would be an additional hourly rate for travel time plus cost of leaving my home.
Pre Conception or Fertility Support
As every client is different please contact me. This support may involve Hair Tissue Minerals Analysis (HTMA) with nutritional support, and/or reflexology and/or hypnosis
One to One Hypnobirthing “On Screen” price £400. Face to Face in person price at my base in Kendal costs £450

These classes are dates and times to suit your busy lives, including days/evenings or weekends, where I have availability. Each course includes approximately 12 hours teaching (usually more) plus all course materials (as in the group) One birth partner comes free! This can be done over 4 sessions in 4 half days or it works equally well over 2 full days, which may benefit those who are further along in their pregnancy. My base is in Kendal. If I were to travel to your home, there would be an additional hourly rate for travel time plus cost of leaving my home.
One off session Antenatal Class
Cost for “On Screen” 1:1 is £130. For Face to face, in person, in Kendal £155
This in a one to one session lasting up to 4 hours, which includes, anatomy & physiology of labour, birth, signs of labour, when to call the midwife, comfort measures and coping mechanisms, the first hour with your new born. Cost includes one birth partner. Should I travel to you, an extra hourly charge will be incurred for travel time plus cost of leaving my home. (THIS SESSION DOES NOT include any Hypnobirthing).
