Rachel and Jack, first baby born in hospital

Aug 2, 2018

Born a little earlier than expected at just over 36 weeks! “I had a natural vaginal birth, with no help, pain relief or stitches. Stayed mainly in the birthing pool for the end stage of labour but delivered on the bed, in a position I chose and was most comfortable in.

Honestly can’t thank you enough!

Jack was amazing and kept me completely in the zone and he said that he couldn’t have been happier that he’d been persuaded to do the (Hypnobirthing) course !!!

We didn’t really fit into the ‘norm’ with being prem and my waters rupturing hours before going into labour but she (the midwife) still respected our choices. She said she hopes more expectant parents start to look into hypnobirthing.

Again thank you for making my birth something I will forever look back on and treasure.

Can’t wait for you to meet him.
