“Baby girl born at 8.17am, the 1st Christmas baby of 2016 at hospital. Weighing 9lbs 13oz and perfect! Natural water birth, all the way through with no pain relief and delivered in the pool. So, birthed in less than 8hrs from 1st surge. Merry Christmas!!!!
Pool room is nice, had low lights on, soothing music on and the midwives were very supportive and helpful. I stayed at home as long as possible, getting to hospital at 6.30 and she was born less than 2 hours later! Thanks Janet and thanks for the course. Couldn’t have done it otherwise I’m sure. xxx”
