“Good morning Janet ? We had our little one on the most beautiful bank holiday-May Day. We had the birthing pool-got in around 5:00ish (no clocks so hard to say!!!!) then at 6:35 pm he arrived!!!!!!
He’s utterly delicious and has literally filled our world with sunshine, warmth and all things happy. I’ll write up a proper recount demonstrating how we used our hypnobirthing- it could’ve been quite panicky and intense as I think his speed/weight took everyone by surprise but we coped really well because of our janet ‘tool kit’.
