“Hi Janet, we just wanted to introduce our little hypnobaby, who arrived safely into the world at 11.29am on 15.06.17, weighing 7lb 8oz. My waters broke at 3am and we arrived at the Airedale hospital about 5am as I preferred to just get there so that I could relax without thinking about the drive there. We persuaded the midwives to let us stay and got in the pool at 10am. 1hr 30 mins later we welcomed our very chilled out baby boy into the world without any pain relief.
We were also lucky enough to have a midwife experienced in hypnobirthing, who said she knows you. We can’t thank you enough for helping us to achieve such a positive birth experience second time round!! We have told several friends about your fantastic couples course and will continue to do so now knowing how much it changed our mindset.
