Hi Janet, Just to let you know that (baby girl) was born this morning weighing a healthy 9lb 3oz. I had another lovely birth. Woke up at 5am with surges every 10 mins, just used my breathing and music and tens machine to manage it. Got to Helme Chase at 8.30 and decided I wanted to be examined, I was 8cm. So in the pool at 9.15 and she was born at 9.43. No stitches required, physiological third stage. Super happy. I have to admit i did have gas and air whilst I was in the pool. Thank you once again for all your help in preparing me to have another great birth. Loved it again. Xx
