Janet is an amazing lady! I have a deep fear of hospitals and equipment so me and my partner did 4 sessions with Janet. From begining to end Janet was supportive and wonderful. I ended up having to go into hospital with complications and of course I was in complete panic ! I used my hypnobirthing techniques to help me through having to have a c section which was my worst fear!!!
Janet came to the hospital on her day off to support me. She held my hand through the whole thing and reminded me of the techniques and breathing. I could not have done it without my hypnobirthing partner and her by my side !!! I recommend her to everyone ! Thank you Janet for everything you have done.
