“Hi Janet I hope you are well, it’s J. (Eleanor’s mother) Great news, Ava Grace arrived safe and well this morning, 7lb, mum and baby glowing. Hypnobirthing worked brilliantly, managed to stay at home until surges were 3 mins apart, then only 2 more hours in the hospital birthing centre.
Eleanor is doing really well. Eleanor asked lots of questions and chose to only use gas and air when baby’s head was crowning. (No stitches needed).
Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom with us, Eleanor said it really helped her have the birth she wanted. Breastfeeding like a natural, Ava Grace is super calm and alert. Warmest wishes, J.
