“Hello Janet! Just wanted to let you know our baby girl arrived with us.

I started mild cramps at 6am and she was out at 5.30pm that same day!! I think I was so prepared from all the hypnobirthing my body was progressing through labour so quickly (almost didn’t make it to the hospital 😂😬)

It was the most incredible experience and wanted to say a HUGE thank you for preparing both me and (husband) throughout. (Birth partner/husband) was great 😊. Thank you 🙏🏻 we 100% will promote Hypnobirthing. An experience I will never forget ❤️❤️”
